General Terms & Conditions

Roobet Games is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms in full before using our services.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version will prevail. However, the Bengali version is kept up to date for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members.

• Roobet Games reserves the right to refuse service to any member at any time.
• These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law.
• All decisions made by Roobet Games are considered final, though the dispute resolution process remains open.
• By using this service, you confirm that online betting is legal in your country.

Account Registration & Management

When creating an account on Roobet Games, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading details may result in your account being suspended at any time.

• Each individual may only create one account. Multiple accounts from the same household will be subject to verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If any of your personal details change, you must notify our customer support immediately.
• The email address provided at registration must remain active, as important communications will be sent there.

Age Verification & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate on Roobet Games. Proof of age may be requested at any point during registration or at the time of withdrawal.

• Age can be verified using a National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate.
• If anyone under 18 is found to have created an account, the account and all deposited funds will be forfeited.
• Parents and guardians may take the necessary steps to prevent their minor children from accessing this platform.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Roobet Games supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed through encrypted channels.

Deposit Conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact customer support.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 24–72 hours. Completing KYC verification can significantly speed up the process.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on Roobet Games. They are in place to ensure fair play for everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except through the cash-out feature available in live betting.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳100. Maximum bet limits vary by market.

• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, Roobet Games reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended, the stake will be refunded or rescheduled match rules will apply.
• Roobet Games will not be held liable for decisions made due to data delays during live betting.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Roobet Games offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, which you are required to read before accepting.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only. Attempting to claim it again by opening a new account will be treated as fraud.
• A wagering requirement of typically 10x to 30x must be met before withdrawing bonus balance. Specific details are provided on each offer's page.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have odds of at least 1.5 or higher.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• Roobet Games may modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Roobet Games believes that betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to bet in a healthy and responsible manner.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You have the option to voluntarily lock your account for a set period (cooling-off period).
• A permanent self-exclusion request can be submitted. In such cases, the account will be permanently closed and cannot be reopened.

Account Closure & Fund Return

To close your account, please contact customer support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.

• Roobet Games reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons: breach of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, providing false information, or money laundering.
• Any bonus balance in accounts closed due to rule violations will be forfeited.
• The account may be temporarily suspended during an investigation.
• Any valid real money balance remaining in a regularly closed account will be refunded within 30 business days.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Roobet Games and may result in account termination as well as legal action.

• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Placing automated bets via bots or using software to exploit odds.
• Bonus abuse by creating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or a financial transaction, please follow the steps below.

1. First, contact customer support via live chat or email and describe your issue in detail.
2. You will receive an initial response within 48 hours of submitting your complaint.
3. Complex issues will be resolved within 7 business days.
4. If the issue is not resolved at the first level, it can be escalated to the senior team.
5. For a final resolution, an appeal can be submitted to our licensing authority.

Privacy & Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

Roobet Games will not be held liable in the following cases.

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Betting errors caused by technical issues with your own device or accidental clicks.
• Any account damage resulting from third-party attacks (such as hacking) if you have failed to comply with our security requirements.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical outages.

However, for any errors caused by our system, we take full responsibility and compensation will be provided.
